Damage to the frame as a result of overloading cards is not covered under our warranty.

Amazing wallet

As soon I got the amazing and compact wallet, I began to remove my belongings cards from the old one and started to organise it. After 15 days I am really used and enjoying to having the wallet.

HAPPY WITH PRODUCT, QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SERVICE

As per. the title above. I emailed you today. Message summaried below:
As you may recall (and/or via this email trail), I received a classic wallet but decided it was too small. I said I would return it and order the larger model. I did this and the larger one was received. I am happy with it. I returned the small unit via Aus Post and registered mail. I did not include a cover letter detailing the reason for the return because I assumed your organisation, being a small team, would understand the reason for the return and the expectation of a refund. I have not sighted a refund so am wondering about this delay. I look forward to hearing from you about this,

My apologies for the delayed actioning of this request! We have been flat out with packing orders lately, and our warehouse team is a two-man show. The downside of a small business operation got the better of us here, and we appreciate your follow-up to keep us on track!

So far (2 weeks), it has been very good. It is stylish and the credit cards pop out easily. Not much room for notes but that is less of a problem nowadays. Whilst thicker than the average wallet, the length and width are considerably smaller.

Nifty little unit

Nifty little unit, and is like the Tardis with how much it can hold. Love the size and the card mechanism feature is very clever and so easy to use.
The quality and colour is excellent also
Overall im very happy with it and highly recommend.
