Returns for change-of-mind must be sent back in an unused condition with no scratches, damage or marks on the product. We undertake a condition evaluation on all returns before releasing the funds.
Note: Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted unless the wallet is deemed faulty. Receival date is based on the Australia Post tracking information provided on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot take your word for it if you haven't used the product and it is past the 14 day period.
Be sure to provide all the information required such as order number, contact details and a description of the issue (if claiming a fault).

All HS Kompact orders receive FREE standard delivery using the carbon-neutral Australia post service, unless we are running a free Express Shipping promotion.
Please allow 3-7 business days for standard delivery.
Express shipping can be purchased at an additional fee.

We use Australia Post's carbon neutral service for all deliveries. This service includes either Standard or Express shipping.
The hard-working crew in our Melbourne warehouse execute same-day dispatch on all orders before 11am. If you place an order past 11am, your order will be sent first thing on the next business day.
We do not have any influence on delivery times and thus cannot influence delivery speeds, delays, or lost parcels altogether.
We know how unreliable the post can be, and will help to investigate all scenarios.
If the parcel is officially deemed lost (in writing by AusPost) we will replace your order. No refunds will be given.
