That's why returns are offered within the first 14 days of receival, in line with our 'Try it for Free for 14 Days' policy. Just cover return shipping.

We hand-pick and post every order from our Melbourne warehouse by 10am next business day. All order cancellations and change-of-address issues must be raised before this time.

Our reinforced aluminium frame is designed to hold and protect 6 of your most used cards. Before we hand pick and post each wallet we test this function to ensure it works as intended. 

Damage to the frame as a result of overloading cards is not covered under our warranty.

Unsure if actually RFID protected

Lovely wallet but I'm not sure it actually offers RFID protection. Everything I have bought with RFID protection has a specific material used but the wallet appears to be all normal material. As I'm about to go travelling I hope that I'm wrong!

Sorry to hear of your concern regarding the RFID Protection capability of our Kompact Wanderers.

We have tried and tested this feature, and can assure you they are protected. Our manufacturing crew add in a line of RFID-blocking material to the internal leather composition, which was a vital element of production when we initially came up with this product line. We have tried and tested it to ensure it works, and it does!

To test it, you can place a bank card inside the interior pockets and attempt to tap-and-pay at the shops. It will be blocked entirely. Alternatively, try touching on your public transport card with it placed inside the Wanderer. Once again, it won't work.

I was super paranoid about this feature once we released the Wanderer line. I actually went down to the shops to test it for peace of mind 😅. So I can definitely vouch that it works!
