Thanks for taking the time to leave an honest review. I just wanted to reiterate what I sent via email last week: we couldn't find any earlier correspondence from you prior to an email received on 24/06 (last Wednesday), in which we replied on 25/06. I'm not sure what's happened there and I apologise again if we've missed anything.
We have happily replaced your Light Brown Fold under warranty, in-line with consumer law and our Quality Assurance Guarantee. The order was created last week and the new wallet should arrive in the next day or two.
Please note: The Folds have now rolled out a new-and-improved anti slip card frame. This will be released across all other wallet collections in the next few months. It is a much more durable design and your cards are held nice and snug, with no card slippage occurring whatsoever.
