It’s an amazing product and I’m happy with it.
I made contact with you in regards to my wallet not working as button would not release. I asked to return and was told to send a video. If a product is faulty from the first day of opening I should not have to send a video, simply replace it but I was not given an address to return your faulty product.
I wanted to support your company rather then buying from a reputable company that would have given details to return.
A waste of money on a product that does not do what you select it to do.
Simple solution would have been to replace it!!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I understand your frustration, however for obvious verification purposes we need to confirm the issue before we can send out a replacement product.
Otherwise anyone with an order could claim fault and ask for a replacement, in an attempt to obtain a second product for free. It's a very standard procedure, and we are more than happy to accomodate a replacement Cobalt Stack for you under our manufacturer's warranty.
We do not require a faulty product to be returned, and would still happily send a replacement once the issue is confirmed by our quality team. Please send through a quick video to hello@hskompact.com.au and the replacement will be on its way,
